Payment at Rowan & Mere

The checkout displays the available payment options for your order. We accept the following methods:

  • Union Pay

Currency and payment authorization

Orders are processed in USD. Payment is requested when you place the order. Your bank may first display a temporary authorization before the completed payment appears.

How payment information is handled

Payment details are transmitted through an encrypted checkout and handled by payment providers. Rowan & Mere does not store full card credentials on its own servers. We may review unusual transactions and contact you for confirmation before dispatch.

If checkout does not complete

Check your card or account details, billing information and any authorization request from your provider. If the issue continues, contact your payment provider or email info@rowanandmere.com for assistance. Do not email your full card number or security code.

Refund destination

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Our Refund and Return Policy explains the return conditions and processing time.
